Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your investment. Our policy is designed to balance Client flexibility with Talent security, ensuring fair compensation for time reserved.
1. Payment Structure
To provide clarity on what funds are refundable, Graphtics operates on a strict 3-Stage Payment Protocol. Refunds are calculated based on the Total Project Value received at the time of cancellation.
Non-refundable deposit to book talent (Subject to the 24h rule below).
Due upon presentation of Initial Concepts / Drafts (Half Stage).
Due prior to final file submission and IP transfer.
2. Client Cancellation Policy
If you wish to terminate a project, the refundable amount is determined by the time elapsed and the status of production.
The 24-Hour Safety Net
Clients may cancel their service orders within 24 hours of paying the advance for a 100% Full Refund. No questions asked.
2.1 Pre-Production (After 24h)
If cancellation occurs after 24 hours but before any creative work has commenced:
- Refund: 80% of the Advance Payment.
- Retention: 20% is retained by Graphtics to cover booking administration and talent reservation fees.
2.2 Production Started (Week 1)
If cancellation occurs after work has commenced but within the first week (7 days) of the project timeline:
- Refund: 20% of the Advance Payment.
- Retention: 80% is retained to compensate the creative team for labor hours and opportunity cost.
2.3 Post-Week 1 (No Refund)
Once the project has exceeded the first week of active production:
- Refund: 0% (No Refund).
- The full advance deposit is locked as talent compensation. Graphtics reserves the right to bill for any additional work completed beyond the covered deposit (Kill Fee).
3. Cancellation by Graphtics
We strive to fulfill every project, but Graphtics reserves the right to cancel any service order under specific conditions, such as unavailability of service, unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), or breach of terms by the Client.
- Resolution: In such cases, a Full Refund of all paid amounts will be initiated immediately.
- Notification: You will be notified via email with a formal explanation.
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (assets, templates, downloadable files), we generally do not offer returns or exchanges once the order is delivered successfully.
- Technical Issues: If you experience issues accessing your purchase, contact support@graphtics.in. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Resolution: If a technical issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Graphtics Store (Physical Products)
For orders involving physical 3D printed models and merchandise:
5.1 Cancellations
- Prior to Production: Full refund available.
- During Production: If production has begun but the item has not shipped, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and labor.
- Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You must follow the Return Policy below.
- Custom Orders: Not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
5.2 Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your 3D printed model, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Eligibility: Must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- RMA Process: Contact support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.
5.3 Damaged or Defective Items
In cases where the model arrives damaged or defective, Graphtics will either replace the model or issue a full refund (including shipping costs). Please contact us immediately upon delivery.
6. Policy Updates
Graphtics reserves the right to modify or update this policy from time to time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or website announcement.
