Operational Protocol

How we work, communicate, and deliver.

How is Graphtics different from Upwork?

+

Upwork is a "Wild West" marketplace where you vet talent yourself. Graphtics is a Managed Studio. We vet the talent (Top 1% rule), we manage the project, and we guarantee the quality. You don't manage freelancers; you partner with a studio.

Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP)?

+

You do. Upon settlement of the final invoice, 100% of the IP rights transfer to you globally and perpetually. We only retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a strict NDA is signed.

What happens after I pay the deposit?

+

Within 24 hours, you are assigned a dedicated Project Lead. We set up a private WhatsApp channel and a Google Drive dashboard. We then conduct a "Technical Breakdown" of your brief before deploying the creative squad.

Do you handle printing or manufacturing?

+

We are digital architects. We do not own printing presses, but we deliver industry-standard print-ready files (with dielines, bleeds, and Pantone codes) that you can hand off to any manufacturer seamlessly.

Financial & Technical

Payments, refunds, and file formats.

How does the 50/25/25 Payment work?

+
  • 50% Initiation: Non-refundable deposit to book talent.
  • 25% Mid-Point: Due when we show you the initial concepts/drafts.
  • 25% Completion: Due before we send the final high-res source files.

What is the "24-Hour Safety Net"?

+

Buyer's remorse happens. If you change your mind within 24 hours of paying the deposit (and before work starts), we refund 100% of your money. No questions asked.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the design?

+

Design is subjective. If the initial concepts miss the mark, we offer a Revision Reset to pivot direction. If you still wish to cancel after work has started, a partial refund may be available depending on labor consumed, but the initial deposit is usually non-refundable once production begins.

What file formats will I receive?

+

We deliver everything needed for full control.

  • Vector: AI, EPS, SVG (For scaling infinitely).
  • Raster: PNG, JPG, WebP (For web/social).
  • Source: PSD, FIG, BLEND (Editable source files).
